We provide doorstep inspection, repair and maintenance services for selected household appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers. Service availability depends on the appliance type, model, service location and technician availability.
Our service process begins with an appointment and appliance inspection. After identifying the reported issue, the service technician explains the required repair and applicable charges before repair work is undertaken.
A ₹300 service visit and inspection charge applies. Repair and spare-part costs, where required, are separate and depend on the appliance, problem identified and parts required.
Spare parts are selected based on the appliance’s requirements and availability.
